Location: Bang Niao Dam - Manik Dam Waterfall

From the Heroines monument on Thepkrasattri road (402) near Robinson Shopping centre , head West towards Cherngtalay on the (4025). After about 3.6 km, just past the Drinks & Co, turn LEFT into Soi Bang Niao (HHH). This is a small thin road entry.
Just before the dam turn LEFT (HHH) onto Sawatdirak Road and proceed 2.2km round to the back of the dam near the Ton Ai He waterfall. From the West Coast head towards Heroines Monument on the (402) and turn RIGHT (HHH) into Soi Bang Niao as above.
Parking on the side of road
Short but challenging and technical run.
Very scenic easy walk with amazing views.
