It is with sadness that we report that
Lewis "Lord Louis The Lip" Silverman
passed away in Phuket on
Monday 13 February 2017

Lord Louis The Lip passed away peacefully in his home in Kamala. He was the oldest active member of Phuket Hash House Harriers, member No.39. Louis served as our Saturday GM in 1997/98 and as our 4th Tinmen GM in 1994/95. He will be sadly missed by all at Phuket HHH. From Cambridge, UK, Lord Louis The Lip ran 1187 Hash Runs and Hared 65 runs for Phuket HHH. If anyone wishes to contribute please contact the webmaster. We will, of course, hold a minute of silence before our Run this Saturday. If anyone wishes to tell a memory at the circle on Saturday they are most welcome to do so.

Prayers @ 13:00 Sunday .... On On Up to cremation CHANGE TO 15:00

After the ceremony there will be a On-On-Up Life Celebration & Remembrance party at the main Expat Hotel to celebrate Louis The Lip's life. Free food and drinks are being sponsored by Blind Mullet's generosity.

Everyone is invited to join the funeral, cremation and On-On-Up. It was Louis' dying wish to Blind Mullet that hashers attending his cremation wear a Hash shirt (Hash Casual), especially the black polo he made for the 22nd Tinmen Anniversary, Run #292 (hared by: Louis the Lip, No Hope & Blind Mullet) on 21 May 2013. LTL would fondly say he produced the shirt specifically so the Tinmen attending his cremation would be wearing "the right" shirt.

Laem Petch temple is located in Patong Beach just off the Beach Road north of the business area. Turn right just before the soccer field, and then left beside the pitch (just before the public library) to enter the temple grounds.
